Regular classes are hosted in the school and online through Zoom meetings so you can learn at home. The Covid-19 pandemic increases the importance of mind and body fitness and actually is not a barrier to developing yourself to your fullest!  You can choose to use the time as an opportunity for improving your life!

Traditional Moo Doe (Traditional Martial Arts) has been passed down from Master to student for eight generations. The Oom Yung Doe / Chung Moo Doe style of Moo Doe has been taught throughout the world.  It was brought to the United States nearly 50 years ago by its founder, Grandmaster “Iron” Kim ,  This style compiles all the forms and movements of the Oom Yung Doe line of Traditional Moo Doe taught over the centuries.  It is a time-honored tradition that is an antidote for current health challenges, living in a technological world, toxic environmental forces, and daily mental and physical stress

Free Stress Relief Seminar

Friday 10/15 @ 7pm:

  • Stress is inevitable. Learn the difference between positive and negative stress.
  • Learn movements and meditation techniques to relieve stress in a balanced way
  • Increase your lung capacity and energy through proper breathing

Women's Self Defense Class Series

Class One – Tuesday 10/12 @ 8pm:

  • Conditioning movements – stretches and exercises to help build stamina, strength, and elasticity.

  • Effective and simple techniques – learn to protect yourself from grabs and punches

  • Breathing Techniques – Learn to calm the mind in order to think more clearly during stressful situations. 

Class Two – Tuesday 10/26 @ 8pm:

  • First time attendees – Learn conditioning movements and breathing techniques

  • Build off of Class One (returning attendees) – Review and get next steps to gain a deeper understanding of what you learned in class one.

  • Use everyday objects as weapons – Learn how your phone, a water bottle, or a magazine can be used as an effective self-defense tool.
